What to do in case of damages or breakdowns during a rental

When you rent a car through GoMore, the vehicle is covered by GoMore's rental insurance, which is provided by our insurance partners. This insurance includes comprehensive coverage, liability, and roadside assistance.

The insurance automatically applies when a rental is booked through GoMore, and the cost is included in GoMore's insurance and service fee. Coverage is valid during the rental period as long as both the car and the renter meet the specified conditions. Note that this coverage does not apply to business rentals, which are covered by the business owner's insurance, including at least liability and comprehensive coverage as well as roadside assistance.
