At the bottom of this page you find links to the detailed data tables accompanying this report for each reporting period.

By submitting a written request, this transparency and moderation policy can be provided in the local language of any market where GoMore operates.

Reporting cadence

Article 15 baseline report: published once every 12 months, in a machine-readable format, in an easily accessible section of GoMore's website.

If GoMore is later designated a VLOP (45m+ average monthly active EU users), cadence shifts to every 6 months. This is not currently applicable based on user numbers.

Definition of content moderation

For the purpose of this this report and the data in included in the accompanying data tables we use the following definition of content moderation, as defined in Article 3(t):

"‘content moderation’ means the activities, whether automated or not, undertaken by providers of intermediary services, that are aimed, in particular, at detecting, identifying and addressing illegal content or information incompatible with their terms and conditions, provided by recipients of the service, including measures taken that affect the availability, visibility, and accessibility of that illegal content or that information, such as demotion, demonetisation, disabling of access to, or removal thereof, or that affect the ability of the recipients of the service to provide that information, such as the termination or suspension of a recipient’s account;"

Orders from member states

In accordance with Article 15 1:a we report on orders from member states to share information about users or remove illegal content. Data and actions thereof are reported in the annex to this report.

User generated content and interactions on GoMore / Amovens

In providing peer-to-peer car sharing services we provide a number of touch points where our users generate and post content or can contact each other. This includes writing car descriptions, submitting reviews of rentals, and direct chat messaging leading up to and during a rental.

User access to our platform is contingent on users accepting our terms and conditions which include agreeing not to misuse contact details shared as part of the rental experience, use our platform for any illegal activities or conduct, and consent to monitor content shared between users. Users also agree that any illegal conduct or breaching the GoMore terms of service can result in being blocked from using the service and reported to authorities.

Operational GoMore / Amovens staff who work in customer facing roles are also trained to act on illegal content, or any other activity that could be harmful to other users or in breach of our terms of service or privacy policy.

We also comply with requests from police, or other legal authorities, in the markets we operate to share information, or take down content that our users have submitted to our platform.

Notices submitted

In accordance with Article 15 1:b we report on notices received from users and trusted flaggers in the accompanying tables to this transparency report. GoMore provides tools for users to report and/ or block another user, and trigger a review by GoMore’s customer service team. This can both be done on an individual user level, or report a specific car profile hosted on our platform. Our guidelines for reporting or blocking a user provides a number of suggestions of content that should be reporting, including:

  • Scams and frauds
  • Discriminatory or offensive content
  • Inaccurate or misleading content
  • Abusive behavior
  • Anything else GoMore Support should be made aware of

Notices from Trusted Flaggers

During the latest reporting period, GoMore did not receive any notices from Trusted Flaggers. In line with Article 22 of the DSA, should GoMore receive notices from Trusted Flaggers going forward, these will be prioritised and internally flagged to guarantee a decision without undue delay.

Internal moderation practices

Customer-to-customer communications on GoMore feature automatic flagging, but not necessarily moderation, of content shared, primarily focused on preventing frauds and scams and having users share personal information in ways which could be damaging. Customer care teams review alerts based on keywords and pattern detection to prevent behavior such as phishing, off platform payments and fraud, and general breach of the GoMore / Amovens terms of service.

Safeguards are in place, and identification of misuse triggers an alert to customer service teams for review who make an individual judgement if any action needs to be taken, which can include banning the user and/or alerting authorities.

Human reviews are carried out by the individual customer support staff who have been assigned a ticket or task. Senior managers are available for escalation and decision making of complex matters.

Automated moderation

GoMore / Amovens uses automated moderation measures on chat streams between users to prevent sharing of financial information that has no practical application for the use of the service itself, and where the only purpose of doing so is to scam another user or breach the terms and conditions. Data of the automated moderation practices and qualitative descriptions can be found in supplementing data tables.

Points of contact

Member state authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board of Digital Services can contact GoMore / Amovens electronically on support@gomore.dk for any DSA related inquiries. We respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and can be contacted in both Danish and English.

For end users of our service we refer contacts to https://gomore.dk/contact where the user can choose to contact us either over email or telephone.

Internal complaint handling mechanism

Any moderation action taken as a result of an order from a member state, submitted notice, automated or manual moderation activity can be appealed by submitting a ticket to, or contacting GoMore / Amovens customer support. This triggers a manual, case-by-case review by support staff who are trained in both the terms of service and use of the GoMore / Amovens platform and content moderation. The review can either result in a lifting of a ban or suspension or that it remains in place.

Out-of-court dispute settlements

Users and individuals who disagree with an enforcement decision of moderation of illegal content have the right to challenge it; either through the relevant courts or by referring the decision to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. Referrals by GoMore to certified out-of-court settlement bodies under DSA Article 21 are reported in Table 4 Notices in the data tables linked at the bottom of this page.

Bi-annual estimate of active EU users

In compliance with Article 24(2) of the DSA we publish bi-annual estimates of our average monthly users within the EU. For the period covering primo January 2026 to ultimo June 2026 we estimate the average monthly user base to be 78,400. Note, this figure is only computed for the specific purpose of this transparency report, and in line with the guidance provided by the DSA, and might not align or match with user numbers reported by GoMore/ Amovens elsewhere for other purposes.
